What are your turnaround times on print?

We can print and dispatch most orders within 2-3 working days, although this solely depends on the product and quantity in question, some products such as NCR Pads, Presentation Folders, Mousemats and Drinks Coasters can take a little longer to produce. An estimation of turnaround which is very accurate is shown on all product pages within the 'Specifications' section. If you have a deadline to meet then get in touch to ensure we can meet your deadline prior to placing your order, or, ensure that you place your order well in advance of your deadline.

What are your turnaround times on design?

We can design most of our products within 2-3 working days, however, this is just a guideline and some designs can be completed the same day, it just depends on how complicated the job is and how busy we are. As above, if you have a deadline to meet then get in touch to ensure we can meet your deadline prior to placing your order, or, ensure that you place your order well in advance of your deadline.

Can anything slow down your turnaround times?

When placing your order you will notice that we accept 3 payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheque, the quickest payment method is to pay via Credit/Debit Card. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer or Cheque then your order will still go into production instantly, however, we cannot dispatch your order until cleared funds have been received.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Obviously we do not want to turn away any business, our turnaround times are a guide only and we will ALWAYS do our best to help you out where we can. So, if you have a deadline to meet then get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
